At Lamazi Fabrics, we want you to be delighted with your home textiles and sewing supplies, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all non-cut items in their original condition. Please note that custom-cut fabrics and trims are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold and pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that fabrics remain clean, unwashed, and free from any household odors or pet hair.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse, ensuring you use a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
