How do I order fabric samples before committing to a larger purchase?
We offer individual swatches for most of our collections. Simply select the 'Order Sample' button on the product page to add a small cutting to your cart for a nominal fee.
What is the minimum order length for your fabrics?
Our standard minimum order is 0.5 meters. After the first half-meter, you can increase your order in increments of 0.1 meters to ensure you get exactly what you need for your project.
How should I care for my Lamazi fabrics to ensure longevity?
Each fabric type has specific care instructions listed in the product description. Generally, we recommend pre-washing your fabric at 30°C and air drying to prevent shrinkage before you begin sewing.
Do you offer international shipping for worldwide customers?
Yes, we ship our fabrics globally. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your specific destination.
Can I return fabric if I change my mind after it arrives?
Because our fabrics are cut to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty. We highly recommend ordering a sample first to ensure the color and texture meet your expectations.
