FABRIC SUGGESTIONS - Light- to medium-weight fabrics such as cotton lawn, poplin, seersucker, double gauze, washed linen, and linen-viscose blends. If you’re a more confident stitcher, try viscose (rayon), lyocell (Tencel), or crêpe de chine. 

SUPPLIES

• Fabric (see above + photos of back of envelope)
• Matching thread
• 0.4m (1/2yd) x 90cm (1yd) wide iron-on interfacing (similar weight to your fabric) 
• For lightweight/crinkled fabric: 0.9m (1yd) x 15mm (¾in) wide bias-cut strips of lightweight interfacing or iron-on stay tape 
• For elasticated sleeve versions: 0.75m (7/8yd) x 20mm (¾in) wide elastic, plus 2 safety pins
