Maison Fauve - RESSAC Sweatshirt Sewing Pattern

RESSAC focuses on everything that makes a sweatshirt seductive: perfect proportions (not too wide nor too tight), a comfortable length, raglan sleeves for a sporty look and Maison Fauve's signature details: the little decorative darts on the front neckline, the cut-outs highlighted by ribbing at the sides that structure to the silhouette and a large patch pocket that blends into the design of the piece.

Emilie wears Ressac in size 36, Julie in 40. 

Level: INTERMEDIATE, the technical aspects are making the kangaroo pocket, assembling the sleeves, cuffs and collar, and sewing with knitted fabric.

Fabric in a width of 140cm:

• knit fabric 34-40 : 110 cm, Ribbing 34-40 : 80*84 cm

• knit fabric 42-46 : 120 cm, Ribbing 42-46 : 84*94 cm

• knit fabric 48-52 : 140 cm, Ribbing 48-52 : 110*94 cm

Fabric Suggestions: sweatshirt fabrics such as French terry and sweater knits, as well as ribbing.The RESSAC sweatshirt is made from a mix of ribbing and sweatshirt fabric. You can choose to sew the side yoke and under sleeve parts in sweatshirt fabric too. However, we recommend that you keep the ribbed collar, bottom band and cuffs in this fabric. Otherwise you'll need to adjust the size of the pieces to suit the elasticity of your own fabric.
