The Story

Elan is the perfect jumper for those who love casual comfort with an edgy twist. This loose-fitting, cropped sweater has a trendy stand-up collar and deep raglan sleeves for a relaxed fit. The centre front has a button placket with snap fasteners, making Elan perfect for wearing open or closed. Functionality is key, with a zip patch pocket on the chest and zip pockets at the lower front. The sleeve hems are finished with an elasticated wrist trim that can be folded inwards for a neat look. Fabric recommendations:

Fabric type: Choose teddy fabric (sherpa fleece) or plush teddy with a soft, thick pile, (faux) fur, bouclé, felt, leather, chunky knit fabric, sweater fabric (brushed or unbrushed).

Fibre content: Usually polyester for warmth and ease of care. Can be mixed with acrylic or cotton.

Weight: Heavy and bulky (approx. 300-450 g/m2) for maximum warmth and comfort.

Contrast fabrics: Use sturdy flannel or cotton twill, denim, canva, nylon, ripstop... for the collar and pockets to add extra structure.
